Our on-site foundry capabilities include lost wax investment casting, shell moulding, fettling and various other finishing processes.

We can cast in metal from sizes 50g up to 12kg, in wax sizes up to 150 x 200 x 150mm and shell mould sizes up to 350 x 550 x 150mm.

We manufacture our products using aluminium, zinc and copper based alloys of various strengths and for a range of uses including some approved to British Standard classifications suitable for defence industry, and even certain aerospace applications.
